Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve Amendment No. 2 to Grant Agreement 36528 extending the terms of the grant from January 31, 2023 to March 29, 2023 in order to allow for completion of construction for the Moorhen Marsh LEAPS^TM, and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 2
