Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement LPA0018 extending the terms of the grant to June 30, 2023 in order to allow for completion of construction for the Moorhen Marsh LEAPS^TM, and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1
