Staff respectfully recommends the Board accept Work Order Number 3, Amendment No. 2 - Donadio & Associates, Continuing Architectural Services RFQ 2018063, renewed November 2, 2021, for design services associated with the Jones’ Pier Bungalow House Renovations, authorizing the professional services as outlined in Exhibit A, and request the Board authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 2, Work Order Number 3
