Designation of Creative Power Solutions as Sole Source Provider for Uninterruptible Power Supply System
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners declare Creative Power Solutions as the County’s sole source provider for Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems in County buildings that currently have UPS systems providing backup power sources. Staff also recommends that the Board of County Commissioners authorize the Purchasing Division to issue Purchase Order(s), as necessary, for the installation of Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems (UPS) in Buildings A and B.
