Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve MKI Services Inc. as the sole source for Suez Treatment Solutions Infilco Process Equipment and waive the requirement for bids for this and any other Suez Treatment Solutions Infilco Process Equipment parts and services, and authorize the Purchasing Division to issue a purchase order to MKI Services Inc. for $415,000.00
