Recommended Action
The staff of Indian River County Department of Utility Services reommends that the Board of County Commissioners declare the National Pump Company Model H14MC pump as the sole brand for the Spoonbill Marsh facility, waive the requirement for bids and authorize the Purchasing Manager to issue a purchase order to Barney's Pump Inc. for a total lump sum amount of $109,590.00.
