Lakeside Raptor Unit #1 and #2 Rehabilitation and Request for Sole Source
Recommended Action
The staff of Indian River County Department of Utility Services (IRCDUS) recommends that the Board of County Commissioners (BCC): Approve Lakeside Equipment Corporation as the sole source vendor for Lakeside Equipment for this purchase and any future needs for repair of the county’s Lakeside equipment; approve the rollover of the $250,000 allocated in the 2017-2018 Renewal and Replacement (R&R) Operating budget to the 2018-2019 R&R Operating budget, if approved as presented, to complete the project as described in the Lakeside Quote dated 6-20-18 for a total amount of $427,889; authorize the Purchasing Division to issue purchase order(s) as needed; and, authorize the Purchasing Manager to sign the quotation acceptance form only after County attorney review and approval.
