Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Yard Waste Processing and Disposal Services

Recommended Action

Staff recommends that its Board:  a. Approve the Amendment No. 1 to Yard Waste Processing and Disposal Services agreement to Mr. Mulch to extend the due date for the annual rate adjustment from April 30^th to June 1^st; and, b. Authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement after review and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency.
