Easement for Florida City Gas
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the 0.069 acre permanent easement to Florida City Gas in accordance with the attached legal sketch and description, authorize the County Attorney’s office to finalize the legal documents to record the approved easement, and authorize the Chair to execute the final legal documents to effectuate the granting of the approved easement.
