Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve Amendment No. 1 to Centerline, Inc. in the amount of $1,012,526.77, to add both Phase 3A and 3B construction costs under one agreement, and authorize the Chairman to execute it, after review and approval of the required amendment to the public construction bond
