Award of Annual Bid for Street Sweeping Services (Bid 2023039)
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board award Bid 2023039 to USA Services of Florida, LLC, and authorize the Purchasing Division to issue blanket purchase orders to the recommended bidder, after receipt and approval of required insurance by Risk Management. Staff also recommends the Board authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this bid for two (2) additional one (1) year periods subject to satisfactory performance, vendor acceptance, and the determination that renewal of this annual bid is in the best interest of Indian River County, as well as to provide 30-day notice of intent to terminate, should the vendor fail to perform as required in the bid.
