Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve Change Directive No. 1 in the amount of $47,302.00 to Atlantic Roofing II of Vero Beach for the Central Wastewater Treatment Facility Roof Replacement Project, authorize the Chairman to sign on their behalf, and authorize staff to increase the total contract value to $574,974.00
