Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve The Moorings Club Inc., for Hawks Nest Developer’s Agreement with the County, and authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement to reimburse The Moorings Club Inc. in the amount of $17,502.67 for the work performed in the agreement
