Award of RFP 2023029 Sandridge Golf Cart Fleet Replacement

Recommended Action

Staff recommends the Board approve the final ranking of suppliers, cart selection, and purchase price, as determined by the committee, and authorize the Purchasing Manager to sign the attached sales order with Yamaha to facilitate the fleet update, including the addition of any accessories requested by Sandridge and approved by Budget. Staff also recommends the Board declare the 160 carts and single driving range cart as excess equipment upon delivery of the new carts, and authorize their trade in to Yamaha as indicated in the RFP.
