Recommended Action

Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve the acknowledgement of the Preliminary Estimate of $1,975,800.00 to FPL that will allow FPL to finalize the design and ability to order material to meet the county’s construction schedule of 66^th Avenue Widening Phase B from 69^th Street to SR-510/85^th Street and have the Chairman execute the same.
