Approval of Optum Agreement for the County’s Stop Loss Policy

Recommended Action

Staff recommends and respectfully requests that the Board approve the recommendation to select Optum as our stop loss carrier for the 2022/2023 plan year and authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement after review and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency.
