Recommended Action

Staff recommends the Board award Bid 2022061 to Intertech Construction Corporation of America, Inc., approve the sample agreement, and authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement after approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency, receipt and approval of the public construction bond, receipt and approval of the required insurance by the Risk Manager, and the contractor’s active registration with the Building Division.
