Authorization of Interstate Cooperation Contract (ICC) with the State of Texas
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board authorize the Chairman to execute the Interstate Cooperation Contract, and authorize the Purchasing Manager to execute any services agreements necessary to authorize work under the contracts awarded by the Texas DIR, after approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency.
