Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board award bid 2022033 to Bausch Enterprises, Inc., approve the sample agreement, and authorize the Chairman to execute it, after review and approval by the County Attorney, as to form an legal sufficiency. Staff further recommends that the board authorize the Budget Office to make up any difference in funded needed for the project through a future cash forward budget amendment.
