Procurement of a High Pressure Skid System
Recommended Action
Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) staff recommends that its Board approve the following: a) Waive the requirement for bids to fabricate the high pressure skid system; b) Approve the agreement with Biogas Engineering to fabricate the high pressure skid system for a not-to-exceed cost of $789,000 and delivery in 35 weeks from notice to proceed; c) Authorize the Chairman to execute the same, after final terms and conditions have been approved by the County Attorney; and, d) Authorize payments as detailed in Section XI of the agreement
