Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board accept Amendment 1 to the Grant Award Agreement for the DEP Contract Number 97-CT-3A-95-56-J1-025; FCT Project Number #95-025-P56 for the North Sebastian Conservation Area and requests the Board to authorize the Chairman to execute the Grant Award Agreement Amendment No. 1 on their behalf upon approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency.
