Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Sector 5 Additional Dune Planting Project (Bid 2022001) be awarded to Cardno Inc. in the amount of $148,250.00 and requests that the Board of County Commissioners approve the sample agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute said agreement after review and approval of the agreement and public construction bond by the County Attorney, and after receipt and approval of the required insurance by the Risk Manager.
