Award of Bid 2021047 - Annual Bid for Utility Operations Warehouse Stock
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board award Bid 2021047 to Core & Main, LP and Ferguson Waterworks and authorize the Purchasing Division to issue blanket purchase orders for the period of July 13, 2021 through July 12, 2022 with the recommended bidders. Staff also recommends the Board authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this bid at the same rates for two (2) additional one (1) year periods subject to satisfactory performance, vendor acceptance, and the determination that renewal of this annual bid is in the best interest of Indian River County.
