Final Ranking of Firms and Award of RFP 2021034 for Main and North Library Meeting Room Audio/Video Upgrade
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board approve the committee’s final rankings of firms and award RFP 2021034 to AVI-SPL, LLC, and authorize staff to further negotiate the scope and cost of the work. Staff also recommends the Board approve the sample agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign it after review and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency.
