Approval to Purchase PulsePoint, a Sole Source Mobile Based Application
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board waive the requirement for bids, authorize the Purchasing Division to issue a purchase order to PulsePoint, and declare the vendor as Sole Source. Staff also recommends the Board authorize the Purchasing Manager to sign any necessary quotes, statements of work or agreements, after review and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency.
