Recommended Action

Authorize the Chairman to sign the two Resolutions as presented, delegating the authority to call Letters of Credit and delegating full signing authority during the periods commencing July 14, 2021, through and including August 16, 2021; and August 18, 2021, through and including September 13, 2021, respectively.
