Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board: 1. Approve award to the lowest apparent responsive and responsible bidder, Costello Brothers Marine Construction, Inc. for $108,186.96; 2. Authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement on behalf of the County, upon review and approval of both the agreement and required public construction bond by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency, and the receipt and approval of required insurance by the Risk Manager
