Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Board approve the Revised First Amendment to incorporate the final scope of work provided by the SDIRC. Staff further recommends that the Board authorize the County Administrator to approve any additional contract modifications to revise the scope of work, as long as the total allocation remains unchanged.
