Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval of the additional work to be performed by Hulett Environmental Services, to authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1 to Work Order 12 with MBV in the amount of $2,400.00, and approve Change Order No.1 with Kerns Construction & Property Management, Corp., in the amount of $40,801.60, bringing the new total for Kerns Construction & Property Management, Corp. contract to $273,232.60.
