Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve Aqua Aerobic Systems Inc. as the sole source for Aqua Aerobic Systems equipment and factory authorized service and repair, and waive the requirement for bids for this and any other Aqua Aerobic Systems equipment services, and authorize the Purchasing Division to issue a purchase order to Aqua Aerobic Systems Inc. for $453,776.00
