Designation of Trane U.S. Inc., as Sole Source Provider for Installation of Bi-Polar Ionization System
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners declare Trane U.S. Inc., as the County’s sole source provider for the installation of Bi-polar Ionization systems buildings that are currently part of the Trane control system utilized by the County. Staff also recommends that the Board of County Commissioners authorize Purchasing to issue a Purchase Orders for the installation of Bi-polar Ionization systems in Buildings A & B ($49,241), for the Emergency Operations Center ($15,676), the iG Facility ($16,812), and the County Courthouse ($92,770).
