Recommended Action
The staff of the Indian River County Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County Commissioners authorize the Purchasing Manager to issue a purchase order to Carter Associates, Inc., for the necessary surveying work, authorize staff to move the project to the design phase, and direct staff to proceed with the resolution process of the proposed assessment project
