Recommended Action
Staff recommends that its Board: a. Approve the Amendment No. 1 to Recycling Services at Government Buildings and Facilities Agreement with Waste Management Inc. of Florida to extend the due date for the annual rate adjustment from April 30th to June 1st; and, b. Authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement after review and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency
