Staff recommends the approval of the Third Amendment to Tower and Ground Space Lease for Gifford Water Tower agreement with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless Elevated and that the Board of County Commissioners authorize the Chairman to execute the lease on their behalf
