Recommended Action

The County Attorney’s Office recommends the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners waive any statutory or local public meeting requirements pertaining to procurement, to the extent permitted by EO 20-69, and authorize the use of communications media technology in order to make such meetings as transparent and accessible as possible.
