Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approve the two-year extension, as allowed in the current contract to Econtech Consultants, Inc. Staff further requests that the BCC approve the sample agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute said agreement, after receipt and approval of the required certificate of insurance and after the County Attorney has approved the agreement as to form and legal sufficiency
