Ranking of Firms and Approval of Agreement for RFP 2020001 - Harmony Oaks Area Boardwalk Construction
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board approve the committee’s final ranking of firms and award the project to Summerlin’s Marine Construction. Staff also recommends the Board approve the sample agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute it after the County Attorney has approved it as to form and legal sufficiency and after receipt and approval of the required Public Construction Bond and insurance.
