Recommended Action

The County Attorney's Office recommends that the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners approve the resolution authorizing the County Administrator or designee to execute standard extensions pertaining to both Contracts for Construction of Required Roadway Improvements and corresponding Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreements, as applicable.
