Request Renewal of Bid 2018065 - Annual Bid for Sanitary Sewer Service
Recommended Action
Staff has determined that it is in the best interest of the County to seek renewal of the bid for one additional year. Therefore, they are requesting that the Board of County Commissioners approve the First Extension to the Sanitary Sewer Services Agreements and authorize the Chairman to execute them after the County Attorney has approved them for content and legal sufficiency, and upon receipt and approval of required insurance by Risk Management
