Recommended Action

Staff recommends approval of Amendment Number 1 to the Agreement for Professional Services with Masteller & Moler, Inc. authorizing the professional services as outlined in Exhibit A and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment Number 1 on their behalf for a lump sum amount of $43,500.00.
