Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board waive the requirement for bids and authorize the County Administrator to sign any necessary documents for the purchase (after review and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency) and approve payment in the amount up to $109,000.00 to Avlaton Volunteer Fire Department for the purchase of the special rescue truck.
