Ranking of Firms and Award of RFP 2019028 for Sebastian Harbor Preserve Boardwalk Design and Construction
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board approve the committee’s final ranking of firms and award the project to Summerlin’s Marine Construction for $102,613.50. Staff also recommends the Board approve the sample agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute it after the County Attorney has approved it as to form and legal sufficiency and after receipt and approval of the required Public Construction Bond and insurance.
