Minor Change in Scope of Work for DEO Grant - Living Shoreline
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board approve the updated DEO grant agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign (2) two copies of the Agreement on behalf of the County. Following Board approval, the County will transmit the partially executed Agreement to the DEO for final signatures. Upon receipt of the fully executed original agreement from the DEO, staff will transmit to the Clerk to the Board of County Commission for recording.
