Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Board award the annual bid for artificial reef construction to McCulley Marine Services, Inc., authorize the Purchasing Division to issue blanket purchase orders for the work, and authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew the bid for four (4) additional one (1) year periods subject to satisfactory performance, vendor acceptance, and the determination that renewal of this annual bid is in the best interest of Indian River County
