Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval of Timothy Rose Contracting Inc.’s request to withdraw its bid. Staff further recommends the project be awarded to Johnson-Davis, Inc. in the amount of $211,365.00 and requests the Board of County Commissioners approve the sample agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute said agreement after receipt and approval of the required Public Construction Bond and Certificate of Insurance and the County Attorney has approved agreement as to form and legal sufficiency.
