Request to Approve Agreement with Comtech Systems for Communication Equipment Testing at the Indian River County Landfill
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Solid Waste Disposal District Board review and approve the Entry & Testing Agreement with Comtech Systems, Inc. and authorize the Chairman to sign on their behalf, once the agreement is reviewed and approved as to form and legal sufficiency by the County Attorney, and the necessary insurance requirements submitted to the Purchasing Department.
