Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board approve the committee’s final ranking of firms and award the project to Hinterland Group, Inc. Staff also recommends the Board approve the sample agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute it after the County Attorney has approved it as to form and legal sufficiency, after receipt and approval of the Public Construction bond by the County Attorney, and after receipt and approval of the required insurance by the Risk Manager.
