Staff recommends approval of Work Order No. 1 authorizing the mentioned professional services and requests the Board of County Commissioners to authorize the Chairman to execute Work Order No.1 on their behalf for a lump sum amount of $28,500.00 to Knight, McGuire and Associates, Inc.
