Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners reject all bids for the project. Staff also recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the construction of the project by Public Works Road & Bridge in phases as workload allows, and authorize the purchase of materials for the project from the currently allocated funding account.
