Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the BCC approve Work Order #3 for Jay Ammon Architects, Inc. to design, assist in bidding, and perform construction administration services for the replacement of the existing Courthouse roof, including coordination with an ongoing Courthouse seal and wall restoration project, and authorize the Chairman to execute Work Order #3 in the lump sum amount of $47,431.00.
